Self Hypnosis Cds - Self Confidence (Part 2)

Filed under: Hypnosis NLP — maghyp @ 3:00 am

There are a number of aspects to heavy self-confidence. One aspect that can undermine confidence can be stress and anxiety.

People who carry excessive stress or anxiety or who become stressed very quickly and easily are unlikely to feel confident during those moments. The person who has the ability to remain calm and relaxed will be in a better position to feel more confident. With calmness comes a feeling of being in control and on top of matters. Therefore an important part of the foundation of healthy self confidence is being able to remain calm and relaxed in appropriate situations.

Many people look after their physical body but do not give enough thought to mental and emotional relaxation. Self-hypnosis, a process you can drive yourself or experience whilst listening to self-hypnosis cd, can really help. Self-hypnosis helps to release stress and replace it with a sense of calm. A specifically focussed self hypnosis cd, such as for self confidence can then add to the specific area of your life that you would like to change or enhance.

As well as giving positive suggestions for change, any effective self hypnosis recording will ask encourage you to change how you may have recorded as memories, past experiences that can affect your thinking today. If you accept the idea that we are the sum of our past, then changing negatively charged memories can help us to feel better about today. There are always lessons to be learnt from past experiences, good and bad, but once the lesson is learnt there is no need to carry the burden of that past experience.

Above all, and let’s face it with anything in life, taking responsibility for your ’self’ is the number one aspect to grasp. For unless you take responsibility for what you do and how you are in this world, how can you change. Denial serves no one. Decide today to take responsibility for who and what you are. It is a powerful place to be and from it magic can happen.

Hypnosis: Benefits You Can t Live Without

Filed under: Hypnosis NLP — maghyp @ 9:00 pm

Hypnosis In The Real World

When you think of hypnosis, do you get the image of a Freud-like doctor swinging a pocket watch to and fro in front of someone in deep emotional trouble? If so, you are not alone. However, this Hollywood image of hypnosis is far from true!

You don t have to be a nut to use hypnosis. Ordinary people, those you see every day, use hypnosis for typical problems. Ask yourself the following questions:

  • Do you have a problem with weight loss?
  • Do you find it difficult to quit smoking?
  • Do you have other addictions you just can t break?

Then hypnosis is for you!

  • Are you lacking in confidence?
  • Are you stressed out?
  • Are you fearful?

Then hypnosis is for you.

Hypnosis can help you with an unlimited number of personal issues, big or small. If you have a phobia, then hypnosis can help you eliminate it. If you have an addiction, then hypnosis can help you kick the habit. If you have a goal, then hypnosis can help you achieve it.

Mental and Physical Benefits of Hypnosis

But that is just the tip of the iceberg. Even if you don t have a pressing issue, hypnosis has extraordinary benefits both mental and physical. Simply going into a hypnotic state on a regular basis is good for you and the hypnotist doesn t even have to suggest anything at all.

Let s take a look at some of the benefits that hypnosis offers:

  1. Hypnosis Induces Deep Breathing: Stop reading for a moment and check your breathing pattern. If you are like most people, you will be breathing in short quick breaths. When you breath in this manner, you feel stressed out and tense. Not only that, fast breathing can make you feel dizzy, irritable, and foggy. After being hypnotized, you will find that you breathe deeper and thus feel more relaxed and calm.
  2. Hypnosis Reduces Illness: There is no doubt that stress causes physical illness. Stress causes sleep disorders, increases our pain sensitivity, and can even increase our cholesterol. Since hypnosis is a state of deep mental and physical relaxation, being in this state on a regular basis is a way to reduce stress and thus illness.
  3. Hypnosis Increases Feel Good Chemicals: Whenever you are deeply relaxed, your brain naturally releases chemicals that cause you to feel good. These chemicals are often in short supply as we rush about our day. Hypnosis causes deep relaxation, allowing these feel good chemicals to flow and create a sense of control and well-being.
  4. Hypnosis Promotes Good Sleep: As you get your body used to deep relaxation during hypnosis, you will find that you can get more restful sleep. It is as if your body learns how to sleep more peacefully due to the hypnotic state.
  5. Hypnosis Strengthens the Immune System: Stress causes the body to produce chemicals of the fight or flight variety. This aroused state actually affects the immune system by using up the chemicals needed to keep it functioning! Regular relaxation, the kind you get in hypnosis, can help prevent this from happening.

Whether you have an issue or just need to relax, hypnosis can help you achieve your goal. You will feel stronger, more in control, more relaxed, and better able to handle your life. Hypnosis is, quite frankly, good for your body.

The Amazing Power Of Hypnosis

Filed under: Hypnosis NLP — maghyp @ 3:00 pm

Hypnosis, and the way our minds project our self image, is a very powerful way to lose weight.

Hypnosis itself is a very powerful technique. The latest research shows that it eases pain,
speeds healing, increases fertility, even fights cancer.

Most of us are not even aware of how powerfully the mind controls us. From it’s postion
of protecting us, it manipulates and causes behaviors, even the negative ones, with the overall result
of keeping us safe and alive. All of this, of course, happens without our conscious knowledge.

Hypnosis is a way of accessing the mind directly. It is a tool that allows us to change negative
behaviors “behind the scenes” so to speak, and, where it really matters - in our mind.
Most of us also know nothing about hypnosis, except that it’s a bad Vegas act. Most of us think it’s a magic trick.

Most hypnotists are practicing psychologists. They can help the patient put themselves into a deep state of relaxation. And this is the important point, no one does it to anyone. The patietn either allows themselves to be hypnotized or hypnotizes themselves.

Most patients state it is similar to the feeling you get right before you go to sleep. Deep, relaxing breathing techniques and quiet sense of fluidity simply instill relaxation a sense of peace and quiet.

A funny thing is happening to hypnosis, long a feature of vaudevillian routines: it’s becoming respectable, working its way into the nation’s premier research hospitals, medical journals, and doctors’ offices. An increasing number of physicians are using hypnosis to ease patients through childbirth, angioplasty, chemotherapy, breast biopsy even full-on surgery.

Hypnosis is helping people get over fractures, burns, migraines, asthma, fibroids, peptic ulcers and skin disorders. The same techniques practiced by ancient Egyptians 2,000 years ago and “discovered” by Austrian physician Franz Anton Mesmer in the late 1700s are now scoring impressive results in medical experiments across the United States, Europe, and beyond. Mind, it seems, really can overcome matter.

If somebody told you there was a medication that could treat 100 different conditions, didn’t require a prescription, was free, and had no bad side effects, you wouldn’t believe them,” says Harvard Medical School psychologist Carol Ginandes, Ph.D. “I don’t want to sound like a snake oil salesman, because hypnosis is not a magic wand. But it should be made available as a supplementary treatment for all patients who could benefit. Right now.”
