Who Were You In A Past Life? Regression Therapy Will Help

Filed under: Hypnosis NLP — author @ 10:02 am

Have you ever felt like you didn’t belong? Do you ever feel that things keep happening to you without rhyme or reason? Do you have issues with controlling your anger? Do you have a healthy relationship? Does it seem like something is missing from your life?

If these issues sound familiar and you have tried everything you can think of to deal with them without success, PLEASE read this article! Have you thought that maybe Regression Therapy may help resolve these problems?

According to the Past Life Therapy Center, Regression Therapy means facing the dark to encourage the light. It is a category of hypnotic therapy wherein the client is being assisted by a therapist to return to his past experiences with his mind still being conscious.

These previous experiences include episodes of one’s adulthood, adolescence, early childhood, and the period wherein the individual is still inside the mother’s womb.

To take this one step further Past life regression therapy is used to take people even further back to a life before their present one to a life they had lived before.

The thought of having lived before is not easy for most people to fathom, but there is actually quite a bit of convincing evidence that suggests that we live not just one life, but many.

In records from some regressions, clients mention living in foreign lands; some describe the horrors of being in a battle; others talk of working in the mines or hunting during the Bronze Age. Sometimes their partners in those past lives are their current spouse or child.

What is really exciting is when people can manage to physically verify information about things that they remembered during their past life regression therapy session. This can be done by looking at old parish records etc.

There has been amazing reports of kids who have remembered accurately the recent past lives they have lived and they run into individuals still breathing and living to whom they were actually related to in their past lives.

It really helps in this life if we know what happened to us during those times in the past, because this form part of the way we look at this life, thus giving us the ultimate comprehension of ourselves and the patterns of our perspective.

Regression therapists use a term called ‘Faulty Thoughts’ to describe the negative thoughts that an individual has created for themselves in a previous life. They carry this emotional baggage and bad ‘karma’ into their current life.

Only the individual that created the negative thoughts or feelings can chase those thoughts or feelings away so that he can reform his field of energy into positive energy. A few ways to do this are: re-patterning, forgiveness, and karmic repayment.

The well-known Biblical scripture, ‘Do unto others what you want others to do unto you,’ is the basis of forgiveness. Karmic repayment comes from the Hindu word ‘karma,’ which is neither good nor bad. Karma is what we are imprinting on our life as a result of past actions. Repayment of a karmic debt is to correct one’s negative behaviors.

Only through using these measures to correct things are we able to do the proper re patterning of our energy fields and turn them to positives of care, harmony, tranquility, and gentleness.

Although it can be exhausting, Regression Therapy can change your life. Most regression clients report that going through the therapy has given them a more positive outlook and a renewed interest in life.

In order to achieve this, however, a client must have a strong commitment to learning more about their inner selves and be willing to change the way they thought their life would be.

Regression therapy is a very interesting topic, and you really should seriously consider trying this for yourself whether it be out of just interest, to find out who you may have been in a previous life, or even to just help you on the problems you are having in your present day life.

Inner Talk and the Subconscious Mind

Filed under: Hypnosis NLP — author @ 6:33 am

Your subconscious mind is the most powerful element in your body. It is more powerful than we even know as it is so difficult to test and measure it's capabilities.

However more and more scientists are conducting studies and finding out more and more information about the subconscious mind and its potential.

For example, it is widely recognized that the subconscious mind is where the bulk of activity goes in in our brains - accounting for over ninety percent of the total processing power in your brain. The remaining 10% is our conscious mind. Thisi is where we think, learn, and consciously process all the information we receive every day.

We process information constantly through our subconscious, and we storeĀ  our thoughts, memories, and information from our daily lives. It works like a filter - only giving you the information you actively need and filters out everything else.

As if this wasn't quite enough it is also has control over all of the functions of your body. By this I mean your breathing, digestive system, and your heartrate etc. All of these functions and indeed, many more are controled by your subconscious mind.

You can gain access and take control of your subconscious mind. You can take control of it and the information it receives. You too are able to harness the power of your subconscious with a very simple yet effective texhnique known as positive inner talk. This is quite a simple idea. All you have to do is repeat phrases to yourself.

This probably sounds too good to be true right. However, just by saying over and over these same positive statements to yourself they will sink into your unconscious mind naturally. In this way you can make changes from within naturally. Although it won't happen straight away there will be a cumulative effect. The more you practice the more messages you will receive and they will really start to build in the brain and become your reality.

Don't delay any longer, it is really easy and anyone can do it. You can get started straight away. Think of some positive statements for areas you want to develop yourself in and repeat these in front of a mirror. You shouldreally do this on a morning upon getting out of bed, and then again on an evening before getting into bed.
