Filed under: Hypnosis NLP — maghyp @ 3:00 pm

Has any of this happened to you?

- Your boss ends your Monday with a stack of papers and instructions that you must submit this report in the next 48 hours or else…

- Your significant other doesn’t answer your calls when you need to get a hold of them the most

- Your mother sends you Guilt-Tripping messages that you don’t come and visit enough

- Your landlord Completely ignores you when you tell her that part of the ceiling is leaking in your apartment

- Your credit card bill is getting HUGE and is taking over in your dreams

At this point your probably starting to feel a throbbing pain in your temples like your head is about to explode.

EASY does it.

You certainly don’t want that to happen now do you?

Sit down and take a deep breath, close your eyes, relax and unravel your inner thoughts.

Sometimes, when taking control over a chaotic life, a stressful situation, a physical ailment or an emotional dilemma, it will usually start within you - your mind, and specifically, your “Subconscious”.

Communicating with your subconscious doesn’t have to be seen as being difficult.

Negotiating with your own self(Yes, I know it sounds kind of crazy, but hear me out) can be ‘achieved’ through a form of mind control called “Self-Hypnosis”.

Some of you reading this article right now may of heard of this practice and know How To do it, but for those of you who don’t here’s a sample of this basic procedure in 7 easy to follow steps.

Step #1. Find a venue conducive for relaxation.

Find a quite room, with a comfortable temperature and set the lights just right (not too dim, not too bright).

Then… light a candle and incense if you desire.

Step #2. Surround yourself with sound pleasant to your ears.

Play some relaxing music. Bring in a portable fountain. Hang some chimes where the breeze blows.

WHY?

Because the sound of music is soothing.

Step #3. Find a comfortable position.

Surround yourself with the things that make you feel the most comfortable. For example, your pillows, blankets, your favorite pair if joggers, whatever you like.

A caring, healing sensation always eases stress.

Step #4. Tell yourself this.

I am light, I am comfortable, I am at ease with myself.

All my tensions, worries and anxieties are gone.

I am light, I am comfortable, I am at ease with myself.

(Repeat many times while breathing deeply and with your eyes closed.)

Step #5. Picture what you want your life to be.

Visualize every detail, every situation that you want to happen.

Imagine it So… as if it is really happening at this moment.

Step #6. Repeat step #4.

Breathe in, breathe out. Now… imagine yourself being surrounded by a bright, luminous light starting from your forehead until it fills the whole room.

Step #7. Wake Up!

Simply wake up when you’re ready and feel refreshed.

Repeat this procedure regularly as needed.

This exercise simply helps you clear your thoughts.

It may also lead you to Self-Revelations that will help you assess the situation on How you want to live your dreams.

It may or may not work, your goal may or may not be achieved - the universe has reasons humans may not fathom.

The important thing here is this: “Self-Hypnosis” will help you become a better, calmer person that’s More attuned to themselves, and more willing to help others.

With ALL your tensions and worries away, who knows what you may accomplish in the coming Days, Weeks, Months and Years that lie ahead.

The Art Of Magic Tricks

Filed under: Magician Magic Shows — maghyp @ 3:00 am

Magic tricks are enjoyed by people from all over the world. It is something that seems to be a universal language that entertains both young and old.

Many people attempt to become amateur magicians as a way of entertaining family and friends. If someone wants to become a good magician, it would be helpful to know the different varieties of magic tricks before performing them.

The first type that most people are familiar with is stage magic. This is the most difficult type of magic trick and is often associated with famous magicians such as David Copperfield, Lance Burton, and David Blaine. These types of magic tricks require a great deal of skill to perform and usually involve grand schemes like making a large landmark disappear or walking through walls.

The next type is called platform magic and is done on a somewhat smaller scale. These type of magic tricks are quite a bit easier to perform than most stage magic tricks and involve tricks such as sawing a person in half or levitating.

And finally, the last type of magic trick is called close up magic. This type requires the least amount of skill and can be learned with a little effort. These type of magic tricks include magic card tricks, coin tricks, cigarette through quarter, pencil through bill etc.

There are many different tricks that can be learned by just about anyone willing to practice. The secret to remember is to never reveal how you do your magic tricks to your audience.

The quickest path to acheiving your status as a master magician is to be able to perform magic tricks at a moments notice using a wide variety of borrowed objects. If you are handed a pencil, a coin, a handkerchief, or a dollar bill, you should be able to perform at least one magic trick with any of these objects. Another key thing to remember is that only a tiny fraction of the magic is what you do, and the rest is how you do it. If speaking candidly, many magicians would tell you that most of the tricks they perform are very easy, but to the audience, they are spectacular! It is all about how you present yourself to the audience: your timing, your sense of humor and your ability to distract are very important. So remember, with a little practice and showmanship, you can learn to be the life of the party by performing simple magic tricks.

Train Your Brain

Filed under: Hypnosis NLP — maghyp @ 9:00 am

Ghandi once said, “Usually I meditate for an hour each morning, but I have so much to do today, I will meditate for two.” In other words, once you have something worked out firmly in your mind, its physical manifestation comes quickly.

HAMMERTOES

For example, a woman suffered from hammertoes (toes curl down). She tried everything, even having the tendons in her foot cut to help her toes lie flat. The tendons grew back together! Finally, she decided to try hypnosis. In one session, she recalled her father had been very mean. If she would cry, her father would threaten her with a beating. As an adult, she remembered how mean her father was and how afraid she was of him. What was buried in her subconscious were decisions she had made as a child:

To stop herself from crying (and avoid a beating), she would curl up her toes. She had equated showing emotion with physical pain.

As an adult she was continuing to curl her toes to keep from being emotional and avoid pain. Ah ha! Once she understood what caused her behavior, her toes went flat and remained flat.

THE LEFTY

A 57-year-old man procrastinated when writing checks and paying bills. He wanted to conquer his procrastination and tried hypnosis to overcome it. It worked, but not in the way he anticipated.

During hypnosis, he remembered being in kindergarten and holding his pencil in his left hand. His teacher walked by and remarked, “Oh, you must be a lefty” (meaning he must be left-handed). At that very moment, his young mind decided he must be left handed. Why?

Because he was told by an “authority figure” that he was left handed. (Children are taught to respect authority and grown-ups are always right.) Because as a child he didn’t have enough information to make an informed decision on his own. (A child doesn’t have enough information until the ages of 7-9. Before that, their young minds accept pretty much everything - carte blanche.)

Because of this one remark, he spent the next 51 years writing left handed. However, everything else he performed with his right hand - opening doors, throwing balls, etc. Once he analyzed the incident with his adult mind, he realized he wasn’t left-handed, but really was right handed. He started writing with his right hand and within two days said it felt “right”. And his procrastination had left. For more examples, visit www.personalenergyprogram.com

THE LESSONS WE LEARN

We learned many lessons as children. Some were good and others not so good. These lessons play out constantly in our daily lives and run our behavior, even today. You usually remember an event, but how your young mind interpreted the event is usually buried deep in your subconscious. If you want to change a behavior, you need to: 1) Become aware of the event(s) that caused the behavior you want to change, 2) Determine how you interpreted the event(s), 3) Recognize how your interpretation created the behavior you want to change, and 4) Change or delete the behavior.

The fastest and most efficient way to change an unwanted behavior is through the use of hypnosis. With hypnosis you can easily access your subconscious mind, locate the event that triggered the pattern, understand how you interpreted the event, analyze the resulting behavior and re-train your brain by changing or deleting the behavior.

With hypnosis, you can easily re-train your brain. Remember, once you have something worked out in your mind, its physical manifestation comes quickly.
