NLP or Neuro-Linguistic Programing involves the understanding of your mental processes and thought patterns behind your behaviors.

Once you understand the difference between successful and negative thought and behavioral patterns you can program your thought patterns to achieve your desired results.

Basically its programming yourself to become more successful/happy/positive or whatever you desire. You can program yourself to be happier, lose weight, stop smoking, be more successful at work or anything you desire. The possibilities are endless.
