A Review Of Self Hypnosis For Weight Loss

(Note: if you’re just starting out, you might want to do some research or visit a hypnotherapist to get familiarize with the process.)

2. Reliability

However, one thing is definite, self hypnosis for weight loss has helped many people lose weight!

CONS:

1. Not Proven Scientifically
Many studies about hypnosis have failed to establish the relationship between hypnosis and the effectiveness of weight loss.  Some conclude that the people who have lost weight through self hypnosis are experiencing a placebo effect as they are during medical trials.Other people relate self hypnosis to the principles of the Law of Attraction where you hold your beliefs firmly and you’ll achieve the desired results.

2. It’s Not For Everyone

For various reasons, some people just can’t be hypnotized.  These people are not suitable weight loss hypnosis.

If you find it hard to enter a relaxed state of mind, try practicing deep breaths and you’ll find it more and more easy to feel relaxed.Another way is to practice visualizing exercises to quiet your mind and shift it to a calm state.

As you learn to master your mind, get rid of the noises in it, and focus on your goal, self hypnosis is almost achieved.

Lastly, if you’ve tried other weight loss methods without success, you may want to consider self hypnosis.  It’s safe and harmless, in fact, it’s beneficial because you’ll achieve a calmer state of mind during the process.  If you’re serious about losing weight, you never know, self hypnosis for weight loss might just work!
